Adolescence Clinic

  • In line with the SDGs to empower young adolescence especally young girls by helping them stay in school, we have set up this initiative in underserved communities.
  • This adolescence clinic project focuses on sensitizing adolescents on puberty and its challenges Prevention of teenage pregnancies, empowering teenage mothers to return to school and empowering adolescents to be independent.Â
  • We work to increase access to and use of high quality re-usable sanitary pads by adolescent girls in rural areas in order to keep these girls at school. So far we have reached out to over 2000 young girls and we hope to do even more.
  • We also increase awareness among adolescent girls on menstrual hygiene, build Self-esteem, and empower girls for greater socialization.Â
