Ongla Diane Pascaline is a corporate and social marketing communication expert with over 10 years of experience supporting community development initiatives in Cameroon. She specializes in strategic development, project coordination, and resource mobilization for local and international organizations.
Before joining Value Health Africa (VAHA) She has worked for local organisations such as Jeunesse Constructive, and held roles in multinational companies and humanitarian organizations, including serving as Administrative and Financial Assistant at Compagnie Minière du Cameroun (CMCSA) and supporting community-centered programs with Ciel Bleu.
Passionate about women’s empowerment and the fight against non-communicable diseases (NCDs), she has spearheaded multiple initiatives aimed at improving the social and economic resilience of internally displaced women. Her efforts include organizing free health screenings and leading community sensitization campaigns to promote equitable healthcare access.
Fluent in both French and English, Diane brings a strong multicultural and inclusive perspective to her work. She holds a Higher National Professional Diploma in Business Management and Organizational Communication.
As a committed mentor, she contributes to the Women Ascension One Million Leadership Programme, supporting a global mission to enhance quality of life and foster sustainable leadership across five continents by 2030
